School governing boards in Flemish education: building scenarios for governmental regulation mechanisms based on the analysis of processes and effectiveness

The question of the effectiveness, functioning and preconditions for the effective functioning of school councils is at the heart of this research, in order to come up with regulatory mechanisms that the Flemish government can (continue to) develop to promote the functioning of school councils.
