Description
In order to implement a good youth policy, one must have sound information about the world of children and young people. To collect this information, the Youth Research Platform (JOP) was established in 2003. In 2012, the interuniversity platform, with research groups from K.U.Leuven, UGent and VUB, was able to continue its work as a Youth Research Platform as an independently policy-relevant scientific support center. Previously, the JOP was integrated within the Support Center for Policy-relevant Research.
