Description

The project is composed of two parts. In a first part, the prediction possibilities of the membrane passage of candidate drug molecules from chromatographic retention data and computed molecular descriptors are investigated. In a second part, quantitative structure retention relationships (QSRR) analysis is used for the prediction of chromatographic retention of peptides.
