The objectives can be summarized as follows: - Research into the regulation and biosynthesis of molecules (siderophores, antibiotics produced by rhizobacteria (fluorescent Pseudomonas - P. aeruginosa 7NS K2 7NSK2 P. fluorescens ATCC 17400, P. putida BTPI), important in the interaction host plantphytopathogen, via gene isolation, characterization and sequencing; - Biochemical and 3D structure of microbial molecules; - Effects of microbial molecules on systemic resistance (rhizosphere and phyllosphere models), under native or gnotobiotic conditions.
