Project Details

Description

Tumor specific (cyto-)genetic deletions or loss of heterozygosity observed in different premalignant and malignant lesions inhuman suggest the presence of suppressor and/or mutator genes on the p-arm of chromosome 1 (to be more precise lp36).The aim of this project is the refined identification and localization of recessive allales in endometrial carcinomasusing comparative genomic hybridization, primed in situ hybridization and loss of heterozygosity.
