Description
In general, the transfer to the non-academic labor market is one
very important objective of the OJO-program (Framework for Young Researchers). Based on the science policy budget, a subsidy of 4,000,000 euros has been awarded annually to Flemish universities since 2011, which allows them to strengthen their activities around four main objectives:
1. training of young researchers;
2. career development and career prospects for young people
researchers;
3. strengthening the international orientation in the career of young researchers;
4. cooperation within Flanders with respect to previous objectives
