The design and application of new (sub-micronsize particles based) stationary phases for capillary electrochromatography.

Project Details

Description

The project will have the following objectives :
- Design and application of new stationary phases for capillary electrochromatography, such as submicron-sized particle based phases and monolithic columns
- Application of earlier synthesized stationary phases for the separation and assay of drugs
- Development of chiral separation methods and of strategies for drug compounds related to drug development on the above stationary phases
- Chiral separation methods for bio-analysis will be developed
- Development of bio-analytical assays on the above stationary phases
