The organisation of safety en colaboration in Europe en multiaterale conflictregulation.

This PhD research focusses on the development of new peaceful and effective instruments for conflict regulation by International Organisations (OSCE). Especially since the end of the Cold War, the inability of the superpowers to manage international politics as they would like, and the effectiveness of old means of conflict management new mechanisms have to create and/or tested (Valetta and Moscow mechanisms, Stability Pact). There has to be sought and developed instruments for preventive diplomacy and early warning. Also the ways to enhance political will have to be researched.
