Description

In the first phase of this project I studied how the antagonistic relation between (self)critical philosophy and motivation of decisiveness in the history of philosophy come to light. A first part of this research is a historical-analystic study of the early medieval understandig acedia, the loss of motivation that ascetic monks experienced by an over reflexive lifestyle.
