Towards an evidence-based network approach to violent extremism

Project Details

Description

With this project, we aim to address the identified policy and scientific gap: anyone who wants to make statements about the effectiveness of LIVC-Rs must first develop a scientifically based theory of change that explains how violent extremism can be effectively tackled and why certain interventions work. This theory of change provides direction for cooperation: not only as an organisational process, but as a means of achieving concrete social objectives. It forms the core of a conceptual blueprint and offers a shared framework for the operation of LIVC-Rs throughout Flanders.
