Description
This conference explores transfer pricing from a European perspective, focusing on the interaction between the arm’s length principle and EU law constraints such as fundamental freedoms and State aid control and the possibility to harmonize the application of transfer pricing rules within the EU. It highlights how recent EU developments reshape the interpretation and application of transfer pricing rules within Member States.
