Abstract

A major objective of the EC co-funded project ADVISORS is the development of a strategic assessment methodology and relevant criteria to reliably assess road network efficiency, traffic safety, usability, interaction safety, user acceptance, and environmental impacts of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. Such a methodology has been developed and is based around multicriteria assessment (MCA) techniques that synthesises information from both stakeholder analysis and technical performance investigations.
