Abstract

Active learning in a powerfull learning environment is necessary to stimulate lifelong learning. One of the pedagogical tools that can be used to achieve these aims is portfolio. Last years the use of portfolio in higher education is increasing. Educational researchers become interested in analysing the differences in approach and evaluation, the experiences among students and staff members.
In our new curriculum of Bachelor-Master PE and Movement Sciences, attention is given to the educational advantage of reflecting on job profiles and corresponding competences needed at the work place. Each individual student has to analyse his/her own profile of competences to compare this with the job profiles.
