Abstract
De Belgische overheid moet durf tonen om wijzigingen aan te brengen in het huidige detentiebeleid, in navolging van succesvolle voorbeelden in buurlanden. Migranten opsluiten heeft weinig nut en is inhumaan – in plaats daarvan moet de regering meer inzetten op alternatieven voor detentie.
