Discussion of the state of the art concerning Belgian neutrality in historical research (E. Schnakenbourg, M. Abbenhuis) and legal doctrine (M. Koskenniemi). Development of new pathways focused on practical legal argumentation, leaning on sociology (P. Bourdieu).
