Abstract

Some provocative statements are presented to an audience of academics abnd practitioners to evoke a panel discussion on the topic of high-potential policy.
The main issues raised concern the importance of assessing metacompetencies (i.e. emotional intelligence and learning intelligence) and of follow-up of high potentials within organizations.
