Abstract
The present report is part of the deliverables for Work Package 3, "Grade 7 - 8 Textbooks, STEAM, and Environmental Education Content." The primary goal of this work package is to design a curriculum for grades 7 & 8, including STEAM and environmental education (for grades 1 through 8) with a primary focus on differentiation in which instruction meets the learning needs of all students. The purpose of this report is to outline a framework for the overall process of curriculum development work. It outlines the working methods and procedure in line with the insights developed from multiple consultations between the main stakeholders - the Ministry of Education, Science & Culture , the Basic Education Improvement Program Office Suriname, and the consortium of the Vrije Universiteits Brussel.
