Abstract

The first IPR report aims to introduce the key aspects of intellectual property rights management during the project’s lifetime. To this end a presentation of the existing IP protection and exploitation methods such as trademarks, patents, copyright and transfer and licensing agreements respectively is introduced.
Given the early stage of the project, this report’s objective is not to come up with a final protection and exploitation plan, but rather to provide Project partners with practical and timely guidance and assistance regarding how they could efficiently handle their IP.
