Abstract

In this paper, a method to determine the reciprocity of radio-frequency mixers is proposed based on fully calibrated three-port large signal network analyser measurements. Besides revealing the reciprocity of the mixers, these type of measurements can also be used in yielding the match conditions at all ports as well as magnitude, phase and group-delay response of the conversion loss of the mixer.
