The invention relates to a measuring device with optical fiber sensors for measuring phyical parameters, which device has a branched structure with a main optical fiber cable and a number of branches therefrom, at the extremity of each branch an optical fiber sensor of the amplitude modulation type, a transmitter unit for the transmission of optical signals to the sensors and a control unit for processing the optical signals received back from the sensors, which sensors are located at different distances from at least one of these units so that the signals which the control unit receives back from the sensors are received with various delays and are in this manner to be distinguished.
