Abstract

In times where our behavior becomes more and more digitally guided, the development and exchange of digital services and goods are taking a central place. This evolution raises questions on the protection of the consumer of those services. In this contribution different questions related to consumer protection and the delivery of digital content and services is examined under Belgian law and under the EU directive digital content and services.
