Abstract
En este artículo conjunto se exponen las contribuciones del quinto grupo de trabajo de la Acción COST iCOn-MICs CA19119, centrado en el papel del cómic en el ámbito de la enseñanza, el aprendizaje y la comunicación. Para ello, se presentan los objetivos y las características de este grupo, acompañadas de una reflexión sobre las principales actividades realizadas. Entre ellas, se destaca el proceso de diseño y aplicación de la encuesta y el informe sobre cómic y educación, la creación de guías de lectura de cómics en acceso abierto y la publicación de una monografía sobre este binomio. Asimismo, se analiza el impacto de las experiencias de trabajo en red, las relaciones con diferentes instituciones y entidades de los miembros de este grupo, las misiones científicas de corta duración y las becas de movilidad para la difusión de investigaciones en conferencias. El trabajo se cierra con un balance de los logros y desafíos a lo largo del proyecto, enfatizando el carácter transversal de gran parte de las actividades realizadas y los beneficios del refuerzo de la red de especialistas en torno al cómic.

This joint article presents the contributions of the fifth working group of the COST Action iCOn-MICs CA19119, focused on the role of comics in the field of teaching, learning and communication. To this end, the objectives and characteristics of this group are presented, accompanied by a reflection on the main activities carried out. Among them, the design and application process of the survey and the report on comics and education stands out, the creation of open access comics reading guides and the publication of a monograph on this binomial. Likewise, the impact of networking experiences, relationships with different institutions and entities of the members of this group, short-term scientific missions and mobility scholarships for the dissemination of research at conferences are analyzed. The work closes with a balanced assessment of the achievements and challenges throughout the project, emphasizing the transversal nature of a large part of the activities carried out and the benefits of strengthening the network of specialists around comics.
