Abstract

the SPLISS instruments are instruments to evaluate the effectiveness of an elite sport policies and are provided under the condition of copy right elements and property rights that are signed in a Memorandum of Understanding and End User Agreement.
The SPLISS instruments and surveys consists of:
* An inventory of elite sports policies on 9 pillars, 126 critical success factors in total (=174 pages and 212 questions in total)
* 3 surveys: elite athletes' survey (18 pages, 57 questions), the elite coaches' survey (18 pages, 60 questions) and the Performance Directors' survey (22 pages, 62 questions).
These instruments have been translated in 12 Languages: English, Dutch, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Portuguese (incl. Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Italian, German, Korean.
