In this work an equivalent circuit model is used to fit impedance data obtained from saline-glucose solutions at physiological concentrations. The electrochemical cell is excited with an odd random phase multisine signal. This type of excitation allows knowing the level of noise and the level of non-linear distortions present in the system. The proposed model allows estimating the glucose concentration in saline solutions.
