Abstract

The present work maps and analyses legislative, including constitutional, provisions as well as related jurisprudence at national level concerned with FCB and closely related areas against the background of the European and international case law and other relevant developments in this field. Additionally, the work identifies the main practical obstacles as well as promising practices related to FCB.
