High-Resolution Spectral Analysis with Resonances

Research output: Unpublished contribution to conferencePoster

Abstract

The discrete resonance spectral representation provides improved frequency resolution compared with the standard Fast Fourier Transform. We present three applications of this technique that are useful in signal processing and audio engineering: short-term resonance analysis, a time-frequency density filter, and time-variant resonance sets.
