This paper represents a narrative report on the activities and intermediate results with regard to the fourth operational year of the VLIR-OI project HIV&AIDS/STI/TB Care and Referral across Levels of Care, which was implemented by the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Department of Public Health, and the University of Limpopo, Department of Community Health, Campus Polokwane, and Health Promotion Unit, Campus Turfloop. The paper provides an overview of the activities of remaining developmental objectives as well as its results, and describes the implementation of activities in the fourth and final project year.
