Abstract
The of this report aim was to assess the compliance of security sector in Palestine with the preventive measures included in the UNCAC.
This process involved consultations with civil society organisations, Palestinian legal experts, security forces, ministries and oversight bodies. Specifically, this report draws on survey responses from security agencies and workshops with
representatives of Palestinian security agencies and with the Higher National Committee of the Legislative Plan. DCAF also included international anti-corruption experts who assisted in the analysis and provided a peer review on the final
report.
