Abstract

This paper discusses the problem of the legislative process in the Palestinian legal system, methods of unifying legislation in the Palestinian legal system in general and in particular the unification of security legislation in both the West Bank and Gaza Strip, and the possible mechanisms to achieve this in the case of legislative inconsistency in the Palestinian legal system.
