    Abstract

This deliverable reports on the qualitative research (focus group interviews) conducted as part of WP1 task 1.1. This is the first step in the user-centred design process within the LISSA project. The aim of this research is twofold. First, we want to explore users' current experiences with different types of live content (sports, music/dance shows, elections), consumed via TV-broadcast as well as on location. Second, we want to identify current user practices and expectations towards 2nd screen application for live events, in order to define user requirements for the LISSA app. The results discussed in this deliverable were translated into different social and functional requirements.
