Abstract
The Belgian FOD Binnenlandse Zaken/ (Ministry of Home Affairs) recently decided to change the criteria for the evaluation of the projects they financed to an impact evaluation. On behalf of this service, the ULB-VUB consortium developed a guide to support this process.
On the one hand, this guide should support local prevention initiatives in elaboration of the projects. On the other hand, it provides a methodology enabling to proceed with the impact evaluation of the projects.
