    Abstract

    Has the development of a firm regulatory framework on the one hand and the substantial increase of subsidies along with a process of professionalization on the other hand, resulted in an Arts Policy successful in realising its following goals, namely: a better situation for the individual performing artist, creating cost efficiencies while raising artistic output ?
