Procedimiento para elaborar la estrategia de implementación de fuentes renovables de energía en hoteles

The present research has the general objective of proposing a procedure for the design of the strategy for the implementation of renewable energy sources in hotels, to comply with the Cuban legal framework. To materialize the above described in Chapter 1, the referential theoretical framework was determined from the analysis of categories such as strategy, energy, and its sources, as well as the hotel as a tourist company. Likewise, the main trends and good practices regarding the implementation of renewable energy sources in hotels were addressed. In Chapter 2, based on a taxonomy of procedures, international examples of the design of the strategies under study were evaluated. Finally, in Chapter 3, the validation of the proposed procedure was developed based on expert judgment and its application in a descriptive case study. As a result, a procedure was obtained for the design of the implementation strategy of renewable sources of energy. energy in hotels with a relevant, flexible, inclusive, applicable, contextualized, novel and conveniently organized character. The main research methods used were analysis and synthesis, inductive-deductive and analytical-legal and, as techniques, document review, interview, and legal interpretation.
