Abstract
Extensive zonular dehiscence cannot be solved with bean-shaped segments in every case. Therefore, as with capsular tension rings, modified bean-shaped segments were developed that are equipped with an eyelet for scleral fixation. The use of these segments is discussed in this chapter using a clinical case.
