Abstract

This study provides an overview of the legal situation regarding the interaction between online copyright enforcement and data protection at the European Union level and in six selected EU Member States, namely Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain and Sweden. It has been prepared on behalf of DG Internal Market and Services of the European Commission.
