Abstract

Poster in which the multi-data source and mixed-method design of a research project on the well-being of principals in primary school is described.
Qualitative and quantitative data were combined in a complex design, in which questionnaires for teams of teachers, questionnaires for principals and semi-structured interviews with principals were used.
