Abstract
A correctly sized and centered anterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis is essential for implantation of a BIL implant. This chapter describes the use of the caliper ring and the Eye Cage device and Purkinje images to obtain proper sizing and centration of the anterior rhexis.
