N2 - The Paris Agreement is by far the most universal and binding climate agreement. Since its signing and entering into force, the Paris Agreement has attracted great attention from the international community. Global climate governance in the PostParis era is faced with the dilemmas of lack of leadership, fragmentation of institutions and deficit of greenhouse gas emissions reduction. With the continuous increase of China’s comprehensive national strength and international influence, China’s ability and willingness to participate in global climate governance are also increasing.This paper will first analyze the practical dilemmas faced by global climate governance in the PostParis, then explain China’s global climate governance concepts in this context, and finally analyze China’s climate governance practice under the guidance of these concepts.
