Abstract

After WWII 242 people were shot in Belgium after having been condemned to the death penalty, mostly because of crimes of collaboration with the enemy during WWII. Those who were shot didn't obtain a pardon measure by the Head of the State.This book describes the role of Military prosecutors during the pardon procedure.
