Abstract

This work presents the lifetime degradation of second life batteries (commercial nickel manganese cobalt oxide based cathode and graphite based anode NMC/C) used in a stationary application that aims at mitigating the variability of a grid-scale PV power plant. Moreover, in this work, it is also investigated how battery cell history is affecting the performance of the second life battery pack.
