Abstract

The aim of this article is to theorize about the relation between text and represen-
tation through the analysis of different ways in which the text is used on stage in
contemporary Flemish theatre plays. In this sense, the article states that from these
operations on the post-dramatic scene, the dramatic text loses hierarchy, but at the
same time it is constituted as an autonomous object.
