Abstract

As an example for the wave-optical simulation of an optical system an "optical bridge" is examined. A wave propagation method is used to model the propagation through thick microlenses taking int account aberrations. Another interesting element is a diffractive beam splitting element which is tilted by 45 degree relative to the optical axis so that propagation between tilted planes is needed.
