Abstract
High frequency dynamics and wideband chaos (>30 GHz) are captured from a laser diode with feedback from a phase-conjugate photorefractive mirror. Such dynamics emerge from external cavity modes, which self-pulsate at harmonic frequencies of the external cavity frequency.
