Defining tests for a hybrid car at end of production line

Abstract

The document describes the content of the project for the new Volvo production car, and the responsibilities of all parties involved. The project is explained within the corporate structure of Volvo Cars Corporation. The objective of the thesis is also to define the necessary tests at the end of the production line for the V60 Plug-in Hybrid, specifically for the sections Software Download, Check Out Electric System and Roll & Brake Test.
The document contains an application of the theory and general descriptions on the V60 Plug-in Hybrid. It gives a detailed description and classification of the V60 Plug-in Hybrid, together with relevant subsystems. It explains in detail the phases in the work process, from the analysis of the subsystems to the actual implementation of the tests. The results of each phase are treated for the various subsystems.
