This text presents a philosophical analysis on the relation between arts and politics. Starting from the aesthetics of Kant and Hegel, I defend a more contemporary position to show that art can be the antithesis of a post-fordist society. Capitalism is neutralizing the political impact of artwork but art reflects on its own position by a redefinition of its form. Being historical and autonomous, art can invent its own language to show us the non-representable. Art looks for new measurements due to the incorporation of the previous ones in the commodity market. This way art can send us a message of solidarity and cohesion. Aware of their responsibility, artists imagine us a better world. The analyzed artworks involve us in the imagination of the artists and interviews confirm the statements made in this thesis. Artists are on the demanding side for new forms suitable for the present world.
