In the context of fast technological developments and innovational competition it is important to develop competencies of adult trainers. Blended learning is one of the best forms of education that enables technology supported education. The given report is to state the findings of the research project initiated with Vrije Universiteit Brussel during my master studies. It studies the competencies of teachers to implement blended learning in adult education.
