Activiteit: Talk or presentation at a workshop/seminar
Description
Considering the law n. 13.444/2017, which establishes a National Identity System (‘Identificação Civil Nacional’) in Brazil and also the need for safeguards related to data protection, Data Privacy Brazil would like to propose a Workshop for the civil servants of the Special Secretary for State Modernization, part of the General Secretariat of the Presidency (Secretaria Especial de Modernização do Estado da Secretaria-Geral da Presidência da República - ‘SEME’) the Digital Government Secretary (Secretaria de Governo Digital - ‘SGD’) and other public bodies from the Management Committee of the National Identity System, as well as civil servants from the National Data Protection Authority (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados - ‘ANPD’), responsible for the regulation of the Data Protection Impact Assessment (Relatório de Impacto à Proteção de Dados Pessoais - ‘RIPD’).
