Training modules for Belgian dual career support providers: "Supporting elite athletes in function of their dual career" (IOC Project)

Description

Two-day training module was provided to 6 Belgian dual career support providers from different organisations (Sport Vlaanderen, BOIC, Elite Sport Schools). The training module targeted: (1) DC support providers' self-management and self-reflection, (2) empowering athletes in their DC, (3) ethics in DC support provision.
