Description
During the event, entitled 'Transatlantic Test', organized by BELOTAN, CSDS, and the Egmont Institute, I moderated the first panel, entitled 'Getting the Balance Right: Burden-Sharing in the Alliance'. The speakers on the panel were: Lotje Boswinkel (Researcher, Centre for Security, Diplomacy and Strategy – VUB), Ruben Diaz-Plaja (Senior Policy Advisor, Policy Planning, NATO), Joel Linnainmaki (Research Fellow, Finnish Institute of International Affairs), and Jörg See (Deputy Assistant Secretary-General for Defence Policy and Planning, NATO).
