Here, we mapped the immune compartment in the bone marrow and spleen of the immunocompetent 5T33MM Multiple Myeloma mouse model, using scRNA-seq analysis. This revealed distinct cell types as well as their dynamics in both naive mice and at various disease stages of MM, illustrating the evolving immune landscape during MM progression.
Abstract
